Introduction

Drying is an important process in the processing of expanded feed. The moisture of the feed pellets just extruded from the extruder is very high, reaching 22% or more.

Feed dryer machine is a specially designed machine to remove feed pellet moisture and heat generated in feed pellet production line.

It is necessary to remove more than 10% of the moisture from the drying equipment and then cool it to ensure that it meets the qualified product quality.

Working Principle
The Feed Drying Machine is consist of circulating fan, heating device, fresh-air-suction-system and exhaust-exiting system. Materials evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder.
 
The air pipe of the top is connected with fan. One part of air is circulated, some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower, and other waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve.
 
The transmission device drag mesh belt moving evenly, and the hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with a special moisture from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top, and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process.
