11 problems that can cause noise in feed pelletizer

1.The pelletizer may have some bearing problems, so that the machine does not run normally, the working current will produce fluctuations. The working current is too high (stop the machine to check or replace the bearing).
2.Ring die is blocked, or only part of die hole is discharged. Foreign bodies in the ring die, ring die roundness, the gap between the press roller and the press die is too tight, the press roller wear or the press roller bearing damage can not rotate will produce granulator vibration (check or replace the ring die, adjust the press roller gap).
3.Coupling calibration imbalance, high and low left and right deviation, pelletizer vibration, and gear shaft oil seal is easy to damage (the coupling must be calibrated to the horizontal line).
4.The spindle is not tightened, especially the D or E type machine, the spindle loosening will produce shaft forward and back movement, the pressure roller swing is obvious, the noise of the pelletizer has vibration, it is difficult to pelletizer (need to tighten the spindle tail butterfly spring and round nut).
5.Large and small gear wear, or the replacement of a single gear, will also produce noise (need to have a run-in time).
6.Uneven discharging at the discharge port of the quencher will make the working current of the pelletizer fluctuate greatly (the quencher blades need to be adjusted).
7.The use of new ring die must be prepared new roller, and configure a certain proportion of sand bran for grinding, polishing after use (avoid using inferior ring die).
8.Strictly control the quenching and tempering time and temperature, master the water of the raw material into the machine at any time, the raw material is too dry or too wet will cause abnormal discharge, so that the pelletizer work abnormal.
9.The steel frame structure is not firm, the steel frame vibrates in the normal work of the pelletizer, and the pelletizer is easy to produce resonance (the steel frame structure must be strengthened).
10.The tail of the adjuster is not fixed or not fixed securely, resulting in shaking (need reinforcement).
11.Pelleter oil leakage causes: oil seal wear, oil level is too high, bearing damage, coupling imbalance, fuselage vibration, forced start, etc.
